Interesting facts about our test beds
Test, test, and test again – that is our maxim when it comes to ideal refrigeration technology solutions. After all, we only want the best for you. And for us, the best means: maximum energy efficiency, innovative technology, powerful chillers and a partnership at eye level.
To help us ensure that, we have installed four test beds in total at our head office in Lindau:
- One test bed for our air-cooled chillers with a refrigeration capacity of up to 1.5 megawatts
- Two test beds for water-cooled chillers with a refrigeration capacity of up to 1.5 megawatts
- A further test bed for water-cooled chillers with a capacity of up to six megawatts.
In addition, the two test beds for water-cooled chillers up to 1.5 megawatts can be equipped with an additional testing facility for glycol chillers with an outlet temperature of up to -20 degrees Celsius and a refrigeration capacity of up to 180 kilowatts. With great precision and care, we measure all the operating data in real time.
This is possible thanks to the innovative automation and control technology that is used by our refrigeration experts, and which guarantees temperature-sensitive regulation of the operating points.
