Our code of ethics forms the basis for the daily strategic decisions, management and work practices of all employees at ENGIE Germany.

Compliance covers all procedures and guidelines that we have put in place to prevent legal violations and to protect and promote our values. This also includes the protection of privacy and personal data as an important concern of ENGIE Germany.

Ethics-Code and Ethics-Guide

The ENGIE Code of Ethics applies to all employees of the ENGIE Group and sets the framework for day-to-day business activities with four fundamental ethical principles:

Promote honest behavior and integrity

Honesty and integrity must apply to business and human relationships as well as to day-to-day professional practice.

Show loyalty

Commitments must be kept. Communication with business partners takes place in good faith and provides reliable information.

Respect for fellow human beings
