A reliable and uninterrupted cooling supply is essential in hospitals- energy efficiency and economical operation are also important factors for refrigeration technology in the medical sector. To ensure this, the Schön Klinik Vogtareuth relies on refrigeration technology from ENGIE Refrigeration. The desire for greater energy efficiency in the hospital for cutting-edge medicine was at the heart of the project. The solution: our QUANTUM Water chiller, the most efficient water-cooled chiller series on the market.
Energy efficiency in hospitals? You bet!
Our QUANTUM refrigeration technology is particularly impressive in this project due to its high energy efficiency at partial load, which benefits the hospital economically and at the same time protects the environment. In the Schön Klinik Vogtareuth, a QUANTUM chiller is in regular operation and another model is used when required. To ensure patient safety, a third, existing QUANTUM chiller is available for emergency operation. This ensures the redundancy, performance and energy efficiency of the refrigeration technology and therefore the cooling supply in the hospital around the clock.
